Road to $1k/mo

Spent this month building proper analytics dashboards for all four apps. I had basic event logging set up in Supabase but no real UI to look at it. Now I can see DAU, retention curves, trial-to-paid conversion, churn, and which features actually get used.

Revenue dipped to $16/mo, down from $19. Two cancels and no new sign-ups to balance them out. The dashboards won't fix that on their own but at least now I can see exactly where each funnel breaks.
